RemarksBrightest fireball I have seen. Was looking at the moon when the fireball appeared just below it. Flashed green before exploding. Brightness was equivalent to the full moon next to it. Several orange hot pieces scattered in a wide arc and faded quickly.

RemarksFireball broke in to 3 or 4 bright orange pieces which scattered erratically and disappeared within less than a second. They did not appear to travel far before fading.
