RemarksI was looking out an east facing window and there is a house across the street to the east. The light was visible moving down from the top of my window until it vanished. I don't know if it fizzled out or was obscured by the house. It's 11pm and bitter cold so there's nobody outside, which makes me believe it can't have been something like fireworks. The light looked larger than a star, but smaller than the moon. Maybe 1/5 the diameter of the moon, and very bright.
