Remarks | I was in my truck driving south on N Main St in Wake Forest. The fireball appeared to have started out just below my roof/at the top of my windshield, but it is possible it started higher since I was in the vehicle. Came straight down and aligned perfectly with the road in front of me. The color was a slightly green white (mostly white). This is probably around the 20th fireball I've seen in my lifetime, and only the 2nd one that I've seen come straight down from vertical. I don't recall ever having seen one that had any green color/tint to it before, so that was unusual. |
