RemarksI look up at the sky a lot. I like to watch aircraft and birds and I try to identify them. I like to look at clouds too. I was a private pilot many years ago. This observation occurred as I was jogging. I glanced up at the moon and saw the meteor. I continued jogging for a second or two and thought that I should stop running and watch this thing. So I stopped, standing on the roadway and watched for a few more seconds until it was gone. I have never seen anything like this before. It was incredible! I have seen meteors before. All were at night. This was during the day. The sun was going down but it was certainly daylight. The meteor was so bright and very distinct in the sky. Seeing the fragments break off was just incredible!
