Maybe this helps but this happened seconds after I spotted Crew-3, it was right in the middle of my field of view. What I am reporting definitely had nothing to do with the launch. This appeared close enough that if I hadn't seen it "shooting down" from the sky and only saw the flash at the end I probably would have thought it was a single firework even though it didn't make a sound.
